ICE Gems is operated by IdentifyMe Limited, a brand leader in personal identification jewellery. Our small team is led by Nadine and David Lewis, and our roots are firmly in child identification. We have since expanded to providing medical ID for teens, adults and the elderly.

However, our first range of bracelets were introduced as the result of a family dilemma!

The dilemma…

Nadine’s Grandma was in her 90’s. She was still very independent, but also suffers from age-related memory loss and confusion. A few years ago this left Nadine and her family with a problem – no one wanted to take away her independence, but the family wanted a way of being contacted if Grandma was to become ill or confused whilst out on her own.

Unfortunately, we knew that she wouldn’t wear a wristband and would likely forget an ID card. We needed to find a beautiful piece of jewellery which would still contain valuable medical information and contact details.

The result was a gorgeous medical ID bracelet – something with contact details which she would actually love to wear!
