These funky medical ID bracelets are ideal for all children.  They are made from a hypoallergenic polyester fabric strap with a removable stainless steel medical ID tag making them incredibly versatile - after all who wants to wear the same strap every day - why not have a few different ones?  The straps are fully adjustable and are now available in two sizes Small (fits wrists up to 6") and Medium/Large (fits wrists up to 8").

The medical ID tags are engraved free of charge and include up to *SIX* lines (25 characters per line) of medical and contact information on the rear. All confidential information is engraved on the rear of the tag, as your and your child's privacy are of paramount importance. 

When considering your engraving please bear in mind that the tags are only an inch and a half wide, the more information you put onto a line, the smaller the text is going to be.  Keep the information brief and to the point.  Please check all spellings carefully as corrections cannot be made at a later date without incurring an additional charge.

Note:  Blank tag allows for three additional lines of engraving on the front of the tag.
