Engraving Information

You will be asked to enter your contact and medical information at checkout (stage 2). For this item you can add:-

Up to six lines of engraving on reverse (free of charge)
Maximum of 25 characters per line
Additional 3 lines of engraving on front of blank tag only (maximum 15 characters per line) £6 additional charge.

Fun and Fab Straps These funky medical ID bracelets are ideal for all children. They are made from a hypoallergenic polyester fabric strap with a removable stainless steel medical ID tag making them incredibly versatile - after all who wants to wear the same strap every day - why not have a few different ones? The straps are fully adjustable from 4inch through to 8inches.

The medical ID tags are engraved free of charge and include up to *SIX* lines (25 characters per line) of medical and contact information on the rear. All confidential information is engraved on the rear of the tag, as your and your child's privacy are of paramount importance.

Select your medical tag When considering your engraving please bear in mind that the tags are only an inch and a half wide, the more information you put onto a line, the smaller the text is going to be. Keep the information brief and to the point. Please check all spellings carefully as corrections cannot be made at a later date without incurring an additional charge.

Note: Blank tag allows for three additional lines of engraving on the front of the tag.

Fantastic item. Engraved with all the details we could possibly require, text is clear and concise. Quality of the product appears good and my 4 year old son loves the designs (Camouflage and Space rockets motifs) and has been proudly showing them off to all his friends and teachers at school.
I agree with several other reviews that the straps are quite long but if you fasten them in an over/under combination then they tuck away behind the rest of the strap, this is also a benefit as the band will last him for a good while as he grows older. Recommended!!!

My son's allergy armband. It has his details and 3 different phone numbers (home and 2 cell) on the back and DO NOT FEED, NICHT FÜTTERN on the front.
We live in Germany. I had it written in German and English because we're bilingual.
It's really important to us that he has his armband because he's only 2 and doesn't understand about his allergies.
I love it, My son loves it, My MIL loves it! It's AWESOME!

i ordered this having lost a previous fabric band. much better quality and my 7yr old boy loves it! no problems with strap as easy to attach with flap of strap tucked opposite way under the clasp and hasn't irritated his wrist like the old one. engraving is clear and arrived much sooner than the 14 days advised so dont pay for extra postage!
