Not one but TWO lightweight aluminium dog tags with loads of space for engraving making this an ideal medical tag for anyone with lots of medical conditions or allergies.

Engraving Options Include:

Front of Tag one - this is pre-engraved with the medical symbol as shown in the picture, but you can add three additional lines of engraving (15 characters per line) for an extra charge of £6.00. 

Back of Tag one - this can be engraved with up to 5 lines of engraving (25 characters per line) for an additional charge of £6.

Front of Tag two - 5 lines of engraving (25 characters per line) INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE.

Back of Tag two - again up to 5 lines of engraving (25 characters per line) can be included for an additional charge of £6. 

NEW:  WE WANT YOU TO BE ABLE TO WEAR YOUR PENDANT IMMEDIATELY, THEREFORE WE INCLUDE A *FREE* NECKCHAIN. You can now select your choice of neckchain from the options available:-

The FREE necklace is not covered under warranty under any circumstances and we do recommend that this is replaced to something more sturdy at your earliest convenience.  Please noe that whilst we will endeavour to meet all requirements, this is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to provide a substituteFREE neckchain at our discretion.

NOTE: If you qualify for the free dog tag, we will only engrave five lines of engraving, as standard we will engrave the information taken from tag 2 side 1 as this is included free of charge.  If you require any changes to this you must inform us in the comments box at checkout.  We cannot engrave more than five lines on the free dog tag.

You will be asked to enter your contact and medical information at checkout (stage 2).   For this item you can add:-

• Up to four five of engraving on the front of tag 2 (free of charge)
• Maximum of 25 characters per line
• Optional 3 lines of engraving on the front - Maximum of 12 characters per line (additional charge of £6)
• Optional 5 lines of engraving on the reverse of tags one and two (25 characters per line) for additional charges of £6 each.
