Past customers can reorder a medical tag from us if their medical conditions or medications have changed.

To place your reorder, please telephone our office between 9.30am and 5.30pm on 0845 125 9539.  Please have your previous order number to hand if possible.

The cost of a replacement tag is £17.50 including upto 5 lines of engraving (25 characters per line).
